Scholarship and Trade Info
The heart of Grand Performing Arts is rooted in education; cultivating future performers, bringing performances to the community and developing a future audience to appreciate performance based productions. Understanding that not every family has the resources to send children to quality performing arts companies, Grand Performing Arts has established a few ways to get your star on the stage with the generous donations received yearly. We are currently able to offer 3 full scholarships, 2 partial scholarships and payment plan options for qualifying families.
Scholarship is defined as: Scholarships are awarded annually to student that come from disadvantage backgrounds. These scholarships are paid for by ear marked money provided to Grand Performing Arts for the purpose of supporting underprivileged families. Number of sponsorships awarded are based on our fiscal yea’s fund allocation.
Partial scholarship is defined as: Reduced rate of tuition based on family income and required volunteer hours.
· No exemption on lead role tuition.
· Proof of income.
· One application per family per year.
· Not exempt from 10 hours required volunteer hour

Trade (skills/talents for tuitions) is defined as: Trade meeting the needs of the business with an allocation of either 45 hours or the equivalent of $450.00 tuition.
